I was recently demoing my shower stall to prepare for rebuilding it. I have a very good corded DeWalt reciprocating saw, and it certainly was invaluable for the task. However, it is heavy.I became aware of this cordless reciprocating saw and thought how nice it would be if I had a lighter saw. I bought it and hoped it would have sufficient power to make me choose it over my corded model.I am not disappointed. I'm not doing a side by side comparison -- I already know that the corded will beat the cordless technically. But practically, I don't miss the corded model at all.
