I just received my jacket and was not sure what to expect. WOW! This jacket is light weight, but so toasty. It has a pre-heat warm up and three 3 heat settings. There are three heat panels in the jacket to keep your core body temperature warm: a large back panel and one on each side of the zippered front. It is controlled by depressing a button on the upper left of the jacket lights up, either red (high), white (medium) or blue (low). It is easily visible even during daylight.
