it's worth the dime. that being said no cordless will be better than a corded tool. i bought it because it had the rebate for the third battery.575. three batteries.with a corded tool you have to drag a cord. time is money so when you need the juice plug in. when you need to move this is the tool.3/8" & 5/8" wedge anchors, 3/8" sleeve anchors, 5/8" lead anchors, 3/16" concrete screws and 1" chipping bit. a hard piece of agragate will slow you down but if you use the correctly you will have success.punch & dimple door frames, floor closer install and removal (not initial demo for pit bucket,) thresholds, floorstops, removable mullions. totally awesome for ones & twos... ...
